📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including filing and paying taxes on time.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and tax specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to the team as needed.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
