📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive brand visibility and increase market share.
• Manage and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and brand ambassadors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure our products meet the highest quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
• Conduct regular visits to retailers to assess performance and provide support and guidance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sales software and tools such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus.
