📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for restaurant management.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
