PT Wardhana Galih is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. This role is crucial in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all legal and company recruitment policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
