📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for all properties under management.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and corporate tax filings.
• Provide financial reports and analysis to property managers and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
