In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, and providing technical support to our employees. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in IT to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.,Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.,Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in person.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.,Document system configurations and procedures.,Participate in system upgrades and migrations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Basic knowledge of server and network technologies.,Understanding of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).,Familiarity with virtualization technologies.,Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work in a team environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
