📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor operational staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a complex environment.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
