📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement digital programs to empower rural communities in Bangka Belitung.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with local government agencies, NGOs, and technology partners to create innovative solutions.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software to streamline operations.
• Conduct regular community engagement activities to gather feedback and ensure program relevance.

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to secure ongoing support and resources.
• Represent PT Inovasi Desa Digital at community events and conferences to promote digital inclusion initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, community development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing digital inclusion projects in rural areas.
• Strong understanding of digital literacy and community empowerment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in digital literacy or community development is a plus.
