Food Place Sejahtera is a leading food service company in Bali, offering a variety of dining options to our guests. We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience with us is seamless and enjoyable. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a dynamic and vibrant team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.,Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.,Monitor and manage the front desk area to ensure it is clean and well-maintained.,Perform other duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.,Ability to work remotely and independently.
