📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process from concept to execution for digital projects,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions,Create visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences across various platforms,Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge,Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement,Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and gather feedback for refinement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative and digital experience design,Proven track record of successful digital projects,Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma,Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Portfolio demonstrating a range of digital design projects
