📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.,Coordinate daily operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Train and develop new team members to ensure they meet company standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Assist in preparing and presenting daily sales reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
