Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Handle cash and credit card transactions,Maintain a clean and organized workstation,Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner,Count and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift,Follow all company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of cash register systems and point of sale software,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds,Ability to stand for long periods of time
