📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Answer customer inquiries and provide expert advice on medications, dosages, and treatment plans.
• Process prescriptions and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist customers with product information and usage instructions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical knowledge and industry trends.
• Contribute to team goals and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with pharmacy management software such as Medisys, Cerner, or Epic.
• Certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
