📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with the Senior Fashion Designer to develop and refine fashion designs.
• Create and present design concepts using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct trend research and stay updated with the latest fashion trends.
• Assist in the production process, including pattern making and sampling.
• Participate in fashion shows and presentations to showcase designs.
• Contribute to the development of new collections and seasonal trends.
• Provide input on fabric selection and color palettes to enhance design aesthetics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a fast-fashion or retail environment.
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and market demands.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
