📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative hospitality solutions using industry-leading tools like CRM systems, property management software, and guest experience platforms
• Lead the integration of emerging technologies such as IoT devices, mobile check-in systems, and smart room controls
• Analyze guest feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for service enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new guest experience programs
• Oversee the implementation of digital transformation initiatives across all hotel properties
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics related to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Stay ahead of industry trends by attending relevant conferences and workshops
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members in hospitality innovation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury or high-end hotel setting
• Proven track record of successfully implementing hospitality technology solutions
• Strong understanding of data analytics and its application in guest experience management
• Certification in hospitality technology or related field is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes
