📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct regular training and development programs for employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
