📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain the institution's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS) and other educational software.
• Train faculty and staff on the use of IT tools and systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects to support educational goals.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role within the education sector.
• Proficient in using ITIL framework and other IT service management tools.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
