PT Tani Bintang is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Staff to join our finance team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including data entry, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the monthly closing process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Perform data entry and reconciliation of accounts.,Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Assist in the monthly closing process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
