📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary requirements.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and serve meals to patients and staff in a timely and efficient manner.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
