📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of our healthcare staff.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to training officers and staff members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and assessment techniques.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
