📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor patient conditions and respond to any changes in their status promptly.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the patient care area.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant healthcare board.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.🛠️ Keahlian
