📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, report generation, and other clerical tasks.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
