Makmur Bimo Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our store from anywhere while maintaining high standards of performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and train a team of store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail strategies.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
