Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Lead and mentor junior IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.,Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and provide solutions.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements.,Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance and initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Proficiency in IT management tools and technologies, including but not limited to, project management software, network management tools, and security software.,Certifications in IT management, such as PMP, CAPM, or ITIL, are a plus.,Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is highly desirable.,Fluency in English is required.
