📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.,Promote and sell medical products to improve patient care and outcomes.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and learn about new products and technologies.,Provide training and support to sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.,Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or healthcare administration.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or medical representative role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of medical products and technologies, including their benefits, risks, and appropriate use.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends and opportunities.,Fluency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently and work in different locations.
