📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates.
• Work with seller relations to improve onboarding and retention strategies for local businesses.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize user experience and sales performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce or marketplace growth.
• Proven track record in driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics in Bangka Belitung.
