• Design and develop comprehensive technical training programs for applicator technology and downstream support.
• Implement and oversee the delivery of training programs using e-learning platforms like Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop solutions to address them.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Training, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical training and development, with a focus on applicator technology or similar industries.
• Certification in instructional design or e-learning development is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, and other e-learning platforms.
