📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Head Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant
• Manage and mentor the restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and deliver exceptional service
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies
• Monitor food and beverage inventory, and implement effective inventory management systems
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain guests
• Analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing staff and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and staff scheduling
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
