Alorica, a global leader in customer engagement solutions, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bali. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for our clients' needs. With a fully remote setup, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Bali, including popular locations like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

• Source, screen, and recruit top talent for Alorica's global clients across industries like finance, healthcare, and technology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and recruiters worldwide.
• Utilize recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, and other ATS platforms to streamline the hiring process.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best fit for the role.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with the global recruitment team to drive recruitment initiatives and achieve targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful candidate recruitment and placement.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ATS platforms like Taleo, Workday, or similar is a plus.
