📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of module fabrication projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with in-house fabrication teams, subcontractors, and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using tools like Microsoft Project and Asana.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing their needs.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve any technical issues that arise during fabrication.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure modules meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Attend site meetings and client reviews to monitor project progress and address any concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, particularly in module fabrication or a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, particularly in maritime and offshore fabrication.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
